Apartment in a new building – design and realization of an investment studio apartment

Garsonka designed with future rental in mind

We have created the apartment in Tuchoměřice as a functional and timeless housing with a long-term investment plan. The client wanted to occupy it for a short time and later offer it for long-term rent. We therefore conceived the entire interior design with an emphasis on durability, easy maintenance and a neutral style that would appeal to a wider group of tenants.

Efficient use of space and well thought-out layout

We have modified the layout of the studio apartment so that even in a small area we can create a full and airy living space. The space is structured in such a way that it looks open, but at the same time provides plenty of storage options. We achieved zoning by using light, materials and textures – the living area, kitchen and sleeping area look natural and harmonious.

Timeless interior for long-term rental

The kitchen was custom-made, with an emphasis on simple lines and easy-to-clean surfaces. We have chosen a neutral combination of light wood, white and beige that is pleasant and not tiring. The bed is part of a furniture set that allows variable use of space – for example, when moving from personal use to rental.

Practical bathroom solutions and details

The bathroom is designed in a combination of light tiles and warm tones that visually enlarge the space and give a clean look. The materials used are durable and easy to maintain, which is crucial in apartments for long-term rentals.

Investments with high returns

Thanks to careful design and implementation, the apartment is rented out with high returns and minimal maintenance costs. The project confirms that even a smaller studio apartment can be an attractive and stable investment if designed from the outset with future use in mind.
