How long does it take to design an interior?
Usually 5-6 weeks for smaller flats, 2-3 months for larger projects. The exact time depends on the scope, speed of approval and availability of contractors.
How much does interior design cost?
Basic proposal from 500 CZK/m². Complete design
What should I send you for an approximate price of the proposal?
Just some basic information:
Floor plan or at least floor area (m²) and layout (e.g. 3+kk).
Type of project: furnishing of a flat in a new building, minor building modifications, construction of a family house, or complete reconstruction of a flat/house.
Location of the property.
This is fully sufficient to prepare an indicative calculation of the design price.
What does an interior architect do?
He designs functional layouts, selects materials and equipment, prepares visualizations and documents for craftsmen and carpenters, and monitors the quality of workmanship during implementation.
How is the design of the apartment step by step?
Initial meeting and assignment → measurements/analysis → variants of floor plans → visualization and selection of materials → documentation for production → implementation with supervision.
Do you do 3D interior visualizations?
Yes. We show you the space in 3D right from the layout stage. We prepare key views and, on request, video tours so that you can “walk through” the future interior before making a decision.
Will you also take care of the interior design?
Yes. We will include free recommendations for verified implementation companies with each project. If you wish, we will also arrange the actual implementation: we will select the contractor, coordinate deadlines, coordinate the joinery and craftsmanship and oversee the quality until handover. We are also happy to involve your existing suppliers.
How long does it take to make a customized kitchen/furniture?
Once the drawings are approved, the kitchen or furniture is usually manufactured in 6-8 weeks, with assembly following within the agreed timeframe.
How much does it cost to renovate an apartment?
The price depends on the area, technical condition, scope of work and the chosen standard. The exact amount cannot be stated in advance – after the design is completed, we will contact the contractor with itemised quotations and only then can the price be reliably calculated. Can you help with the selection of materials, appliances and lighting fixtures?
Yes. We will recommend specific solutions based on function, durability and budget, and give pricing alternatives.
Can I get technical drawings for crafts and carpentry?
Yes. We prepare documentation for electrical, water, flooring, tiling, lighting and production documents for customized furniture.
Do you work only in Prague?
No. We work in Prague and its surroundings; we can also handle selected phases online according to the project documentation and exact orientation.
