Apartment design for Airbnb
The design and implementation of two apartments for short-term rent was a great challenge, which we solved by dividing one apartment into two functional and elegant spaces.
The first apartment 1+1 of 25 m² is ideal for two people, offers a pleasant atmosphere and a clever arrangement of space. The second apartment 2 + kk of 45 m² is designed for a family, and in addition to more space also offers more comfort and storage options.
Both apartments have been tuned to a classic style that matches the architecture of the villa where they are located. We placed great emphasis on light colours and elegant details, which make the apartments very attractive spaces not only to look at, but also in photographs.
Each apartment is fully furnished and thought out to the last detail, including quality furniture, decorations and practical items such as crockery and linen. We have also provided a list of consumables for the owners, such as soap and toilet paper, to ensure the comfort of guests.
Thanks to careful design and implementation, the apartments are a great success. They have quickly become popular on the Airbnb platform and guests often praise them in their reviews which you can read here and here. The owner has seen significant rental interest and the apartments have earned a reputation for being comfortable, stylish and well-equipped places to stay for short stays.
