data-end=\"137\">Turning an older property into a modern investment apartment<\/h3><p data-start=\"139\" data-end=\"574\">The complete reconstruction of a 2+kk investment apartment in Prague was aimed at creating a modern, durable and timeless interior for long-term rental.<br data-start=\"275\" data-end=\"278\">The original layout no longer met the current requirements of the tenants, so we demolished partitions, modified the wiring and designed a new layout: living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and utility room with washing machine and boiler.<br data-start=\"493\" data-end=\"496\">Thanks to this, the comfort, practicality and value of the property for rental increased.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"639\">Investment apartment design with emphasis on functionality and aesthetics<\/h3><p data-start=\"641\" data-end=\"1049\">The project was conceived from the outset as an investment renovation &#8211; with an emphasis on longevity, ease of maintenance and a versatile look.<br data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"777\">We used bright neutral colours, durable materials and modern LED lighting. We designed the kitchen as the dominant feature of the interior &#8211; with a combination of white cabinets and woodgrain.<br data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"954\">The result is a modern interior that feels cosy, clean and appeals to a wide range of tenants. <\/p><h3 data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1095\">Efficient layout and technical solutions<\/h3><p data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1336\">The renovation included a utility room with washing machine and boiler, shower room with window and full new lighting.<br data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1210\">The whole apartment is designed to be practical, economical and easy to maintain &#8211; ideal for an investment apartment for rent.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1374\">The result &#8211; an apartment that earns<\/h3><p data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1686\">Upon completion of the project, the apartment was created for long-term rental and quickly rented out at an above-average price.<br data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1483\">The interior is timeless, cost-effective and fully meets the requirements of today&#8217;s tenants.<br data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1576\">It confirms that a well-designed
